Dan Bickersteth, Lead Director
With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, Dan is highly skilled at building management teams and driving value through margin expansion, productivity gains and sales enhancements.
Current and past board memberships include: Temperform, FCA Packaging, Oakland Automation, Clio Holdings and Federal Broach & Machine Company.
Education: BS in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Personal: Lives with his wife, four children, two dogs and au pair in West Bloomfield, MI.
Bruce Boettger, President
Bruce Boettger has served as President of Temperform since 2007. Under Bruce’s leadership, sales revenue has grown over 400 percent in eight years. He also spearheaded introduction of isothermal forging dies and composite tooling markets and the alloy steel market for large machine components.
Prior to joining Temperform as Sales & Marketing Director in 2005, Bruce was President for ten years at Cast Masters Foundry, a specialty steel foundry. Upon graduation Bruce began his career in the steel industry as a Loop Management Trainee at Inland Steel in East Chicago, IN. He subsequently held progressively responsible positions at Columbia Tool Steel Company and Union Electric Steel.
Bruce earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University in 1973. He has completed graduate coursework in business and metallurgy and is a member of the American Foundry Society and was VP/Secretary of the Electric Metal Makers Guild ’92-’94.
NICOLO (NICK) RICCOBONO, DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS
Nick has served as Director of Manufacturing Operations since 2004 and is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing at Temperform from contract review up to including completion of orders.
Under his direction Nick has built a Competent and Dedicated Manufacturing Team with High Quality standards as well as maintaining a High Employee retention rate.
He has over 40 years of Metal casting experience from entry level up to Executive Management with expertise in Sand, Investment, Permanent Mold and Isothermal Casting Processes.
Nick has completed Business coursework at Penn State, Michigan State and the University Of Michigan Ross School Of Business.
Nick lives with his wife in Novi, Michigan.
Gloria Webber, Manager, Corporate Sales
With over 30 years of steel manufacturing and sales experience, Gloria takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, technical assistance and problem solving skills.
Education: Graduated with honors with BA Marketing, Michigan State University – Broad School of Business.
Personal: Gloria lives with her husband and son in Novi, Michigan.
Matthew P. Ardin, Director of Finance
Matt is the Director of Finance for Temperform Corporation and is responsible for financial reporting, cash management, job costing, budgeting, collections, accounts payable, payroll, employee benefits, worker’s compensation, liability insurance and retirement plan administration. Matt has over 21 years experience demonstrating success in analyzing complex financial data, developing relevant and concise reports and implementing cost effective procedures. Matt has financial experience with industries involved in Manufacturing, Overhead Cranes, Environmental Cleaning, Sewer Services, Remediation, Hazardous Waste, Construction, Contracting and Real Estate. He is a Graduate from Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
