What is ISO 45001: 2018 Certification?
ISO 45001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system.
This certification provides the framework for organizations like Temperform to manage risks and improve performance. It also provides significant value to organizations looking to reduce workplace incidents and demonstrate a commitment to occupational health and safety.

ISO Certifications at Temperform
Along with the newly minted ISO 45001 certification, Temperform also has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
ISO 9001: 2015
The ISO 9001: 2015 certification is for quality management systems. This ensures to our customers that we are dedicated to systems that ensure high-quality castings and a high-quality process to produce them.
ISO 14001: 2015
The ISO 14001: 2015 certification is for environmental management systems. This helps organizations take proactive measures to minimize their environmental footprint, comply with relevant legal requirements and achieve environmental objectives.
Lawton Standard is committed to Safety, Health, Quality and the Environment
All three ISO certifications that Temperform has obtained follow the “Plan-Do-Check-Act” methodology.
When procedures align in all three certifications at Lawton Standard, we streamline them under the Lawton Standard Integrated Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management System.
Temperform was the second foundry in the Lawton Standard family of companies to achieve ISO 45001 certification. C.A. Lawton in De Pere was the first to earn the certification. Penn-Mar Castings was the most recent, earning their ISO 45001 certification in May of 2025. Lawton’s other three foundries all have audits scheduled this year for ISO 45001 certification.
All six of Lawton Standard’s foundries are both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
