Product Assurance

The Product Assurance organization within Temperform supports an ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000 Quality System which embraces all facets of our operational departments and extends to include all requirements of our customers.

All Temperform no-bake, ceramic and shell molds contain gating systems that are the result of our CAD and solidification modeling techniques designed to provide clean and sound castings.

Our specialized molding techniques and gating and risering developments provide us with the capability of satisfying customer levels of quality, reliability and radiographic requirements.

Our melting practices reflect state of the art techniques and procedures designed to:

• Reduce casting porosities
• Assure casting soundness/integrity
• Providing optimum material satisfaction and certification to customers requirements
